Event & Promotion Branding
Logo-printed ribbon for brand packaging, product launch programs, and event campaigns where custom print communicates brand identity at scale.
We produce custom logo ribbon, custom brand ribbon, and printed pattern ribbon using three in-house print methods. Satin, grosgrain, and organza base available. Pantone color matching, physical print sample before any bulk order.
| Program Type | Minimum | Lead Time |
|---|---|---|
| Hot stamp (foil) print | 3,000 yards (2,745 m) per design | 25–40 business days |
| Silk screen print | 3,000 yards (2,745 m) per design | 25–40 business days |
| Digital print | 3,000 yards (2,745 m) per design | 20–35 business days |
| Sample (all methods) | — | 7–14 business days |
Three print methods produce very different results on ribbon. Hot stamp creates metallic foil logos. Silk screen prints color ink at high volume. Digital print handles full-color artwork and photographs. Choosing the wrong method for your artwork type leads to samples that require expensive artwork revisions or complete method switches after the first sample round.
Use this page as the owner route for custom printed ribbon, personalized ribbon, custom logo ribbon, and printed grosgrain ribbon requests. Cost planning articles and quote forms should point buyers back here before they compare print method, base material, MOQ, and sampling route.
Hot stamp: bold logos, single metallic foil color per pass. Silk screen: multi-color logos on flat surfaces, spot Pantone colors. Digital: full CMYK artwork, gradients, and photos. Selecting the method before finalizing artwork prevents capability mismatch.
Hot stamp color is the foil color itself. Silk screen matches Pantone spot colors closely. Digital print is process CMYK and cannot guarantee exact Pantone match. Method selection determines what color accuracy you can actually achieve.
Hot stamp requires clean single-color vector at print size. Silk screen requires separated color layers. Digital accepts CMYK PDF. Submitting the wrong file type delays the sample stage and adds cost.
All print methods start at 3,000 yards (2,745 m) per design. Confirm your program quantity before selecting print method.
Missing any of these inputs before bulk production starts compounds risk — rework, rejection, and schedule overrun all begin at this stage.
The solution is method selection before artwork development, followed by physical print sample approval before bulk. We review your artwork and brief at RFQ stage and recommend the method that matches your artwork type, volume, and visual requirements.
If the order is driven by logo placement, brand color, repeat artwork, or a custom message on ribbon, keep the buyer on this product route before sending them to the general RFQ form.
We review your logo, artwork, and brief at RFQ stage and recommend the print method that matches your artwork complexity, color requirements, and volume. You decide before artwork development begins.
Every print program requires a physical sample before bulk. You receive the printed ribbon sample for comparison against your brand standard. Bulk production starts only after written approval.
Digital for low-volume or photo-quality programs. Silk screen for branded programs with Pantone color matching. Hot stamp for metallic logo programs at any volume above MOQ.
Satin is most common for print programs. Grosgrain is used for matte-face branded ribbon. Organza for sheer decorative programs. We advise the best base for your artwork and visual requirements.
Select the path that matches your end-use application and packaging requirement.
