Polyester satin has a smooth glossy surface and higher color consistency across production runs. The choice comes down to the brand signal you need: natural and earthy (cotton) versus premium and polished (satin). If you’re unsure, we can produce samples of both for comparison.

Yes. Undyed natural cotton ribbon is available from 1,500 yards per width. The color is the natural off-white of the cotton yarn, no dye, no bleach. This option is common for programs that need to document zero chemical treatment, or for brands that want the raw natural look as a deliberate aesthetic choice.

Natural fiber has inherently more dye variation than synthetic. Each production batch is dyed against your approved color standard, and we check against it before shipping.
