FAQ

Common Questions About Submitting an RFQ

Quick answers to what buyers typically ask before submitting their first request.

We reply within 24 hours; quotation timing depends on specification completeness, material, artwork, sampling, and project complexity.

Yes. You can submit with a description of your requirements and the team will request additional information as needed. Providing a logo file at the start reduces back-and-forth and speeds up the sampling step.

Stock-colour samples are free. Custom samples are charged, and the team quotes the sample fee in the initial response. Bulk production does not start until written sample approval is received.

MOQ varies by ribbon type and print method. Hot stamp, silk screen and digital print programs start at 3,000 yards per design; jacquard woven logo ribbon starts at 3,000–5,000 yards; pre-tied bows start at 1,000 pieces. See the MOQ and lead time guide for the full table.

Yes. For gift box finishing, retail packaging, seasonal ribbon, and pre-tied bow programs, review the gift and retail packaging solution first, then submit the RFQ with product type, color, width, quantity, logo need, and delivery window. If your request is for a gift-packaging ribbon quote, this helps our team understand the application before pricing.
