Standard production normally takes 15–20 business days after specifications and samples are approved. Allow additional time for artwork review, sampling, and shipping; complex programs such as jacquard, custom color, or large rosette and sash runs are quoted separately.

Yes, physical sampling is mandatory for all custom orders. Sample fees and any credit against a bulk order depend on artwork, process, and order terms; request a written quotation. You approve color match, print quality, and ribbon hand-feel before we commit your bulk to production. Skipping this step can create avoidable disputes after production, so bulk production begins only after sample approval.

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF with embedded fonts) are preferred. If you only have PNG/JPG, send the highest resolution available; we’ll assess printability and recommend vectorization if needed (quoted separately when required, based on artwork complexity). Common issues include low-resolution artwork, RGB-only color definitions, missing fonts, and text that has not been converted to outlines.

Satin (single/double-face), grosgrain (textured surface, holds shape), velvet (luxury feel), organza (sheer), metallic/foil-stamped, and pre-tied bows. Width range: 3mm–102mm. We use spectrophotometer readings and visual comparison against your approved sample swatch; the applicable color tolerance is confirmed in the approved specification. Dyeing is done in controlled batches with 3-point QC: pre-production lab dip, mid-run spot check, and final roll inspection. If your program requires cross-shipment color matching (e.g., reorders 6 months apart), we archive a physical reference swatch with your PO number, stored in climate-controlled conditions to prevent fading.
