Who we are

Lude Ribbon is a ribbon manufacturer operating from Xiangyue Road 20#, Torch High-Tech Industrial Zone (Xiang’an), Xiamen 361101, China. We have produced ribbon since 2006. What we collect, and when

We collect information in two situations: when you submit one of our forms, and when you browse the site.

When you submit a quote request or contact form

Our forms ask for some or all of the following, depending on which form you use:

• Your name and the company you represent
• Your email address and phone number
• The subject of your enquiry and your message
• The product you are interested in, your estimated order quantity, and your target market

Everything in these fields is information you choose to type. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any special category of personal data, and you should not send them through these forms.

When you browse the site

• Google Analytics records page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use it to understand which product pages buyers actually read. Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs on every form to separate real buyers from automated submissions. It inspects browser signals and sets a short-lived token. Without it our inbox fills with bot traffic and genuine enquiries get lost.
• Language preference is stored in a cookie by our translation plugin so the site stays in the language you selected.

Why we use it

Your form submissions are used to answer your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, ask clarifying questions about specification, arrange samples, and follow up on an open request. If you become a customer, the same contact details are used to run your order. We do not use enquiry data to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through these forms unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your data does pass through service providers that operate parts of this site on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), and Google (analytics). Each processes data only to provide that service.

We will disclose information where the law of a competent jurisdiction requires it.

Where your data is held

Our business operates from China, and enquiries you submit are received and stored there. If you are writing from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, this means your information is transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Submitting a form is your instruction to us to receive and act on that information; if you would rather not have your data transferred, contact us by telephone instead.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for two years, so that we can recognise a returning buyer and refer back to a previous specification. Records connected to an actual order are kept for as long as commercial and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.

Your rights

Whatever your location, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold
• send you a copy of it
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it
• stop using it for a particular purpose

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this. If you are in the EEA or UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, and access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who handle quotations. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This is a business-to-business site for people sourcing ribbon commercially. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how enquiry data is used will be stated plainly rather than folded into the text.
