Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Lude Ribbon, Xiangyue Road 20#, Torch High-Tech Industrial Zone (Xiang’an), Xiamen 361101, China. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. They are not the contract for an order. A ribbon order is governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice and order confirmation we issue for it; where those documents and this page disagree, those documents govern.

Quotations are not binding offers

Prices, minimum order quantities and lead times shown anywhere on this site are indicative and are there to help you plan. They are not an offer capable of acceptance.

A price becomes binding only when we issue a written quotation for your specific specification and quantity, and only for the validity period stated on that quotation. Raw material and freight costs move, and a figure you read on a product page months ago may no longer be achievable.

Product descriptions, colour and specification

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but ribbon is a dyed textile product and some variation is inherent rather than defective:

• Colour varies between dye lots, and between substrates. A Pantone reference printed on satin will not read identically on grosgrain or organza. Screen colour is not a reliable proof of finished colour.
• Ширина и длина are produced to commercial tolerance, not to laboratory tolerance.
• Photographs on this site show representative production, not the exact goods you will receive.

Where colour accuracy matters, ask for a physical sample and approve it before production. An approved physical sample, not a page on this website, is the reference for your order.

Artwork and intellectual property

Artwork you send us

When you send logos, designs or other artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights in that artwork or have permission to have it reproduced. You remain the owner of it. We use it to quote, produce samples and manufacture your order, and for nothing else. We do not put customer artwork in our portfolio, on this site, or on any marketplace listing without asking you first.

If a third party claims that artwork you supplied infringes their rights, that claim is yours to answer.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, product descriptions and technical guidance on this site belong to Lude Ribbon. You may read them, print them and circulate them inside your own company to evaluate us as a supplier. You may not republish them as your own content, or use them to describe another factory’s production.

Samples

Sample terms, charges and lead times are agreed case by case and stated in writing before we produce them. Nothing on this page commits us to free samples.

What this site does not promise

We keep this site current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that any particular product remains available. Technical guidance here is general information about ribbon manufacturing; it is not advice for your specific application, and you should validate anything critical against a physical sample and your own testing.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

What we do with the information you send through our forms is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
